We are looking for warm, polished, and service-driven individuals to join our retail team at Laborie Centre. If you have a love for fashion and a natural flair for connecting with people, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant at Lira & Fynn, you’ll be an integral part of our in-store experience. From welcoming clients and sharing styling suggestions to maintaining the visual appeal of the boutique, your contribution will help us uphold the high standards our brand is known for. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is attentive, enthusiastic, and values exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Greet every customer with genuine warmth and attentiveness
• Provide personalised styling advice and detailed product knowledge
• Handle queries and concerns professionally, ensuring a seamless shopping experience

Sales & Store Support

• Assist with sales transactions and operate the POS system with confidence
• Support the Sales Manager in meeting daily and monthly sales goals
• Contribute to in-store promotions and client engagement initiatives

Boutique Presentation

• Keep the boutique impeccably tidy and well-presented at all times
• Restock and merchandise products in line with seasonal themes and brand guidelines
• Assist with new product displays and promotional setups

Inventory & Operations

• Receive and unpack new stock, ensuring accurate processing
• Participate in routine stock takes and report inventory discrepancies
• Assist with store opening, closing, and general upkeep

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Sales and Store Managers to achieve store objectives
• Join regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on collections, styling, and store protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, friendly, and professional presentation
• A genuine love for fashion and the Lira & Fynn aesthetic
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in luxury or boutique fashion retail
• A matric certificate or equivalent
